Service Description
Get moving, get strong, and feel your best this summer! Move Strong is an exciting, hands-on fitness course designed to help teens and young adults build strength, stamina, and confidence. Through fun group workouts, team challenges, and practical wellness tips, students will learn how to care for their bodies and push past limits in a safe, supportive environment. This course includes: Full-body workouts (no gym required) Nutrition & hydration basics Mind-body techniques for focus & motivation A final team challenge & celebration Whether you’re just starting out or already active, Move Strong will inspire you to set goals, stay healthy, and move with purpose—all summer long! No experience needed—just bring your energy and a water bottle!
